Kalar Welcomes KG 1 Students

KG 1 students at Kalar International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, were welcomed to school with a party on December 16, 2017.

The students came to school in the morning where they were greeted by the Lower School and Activities departments at the SABIS Student Life Organization^® (SLO^®) as well as the teachers and staff. The students then enjoyed having their faces painted, listened to music, and danced. Students also enjoyed cake and juice and their party.

The purpose of this activity was to get the young students excited about their new school and this new stage in their life. “It was a very important activity for my child, he happily came to school the next day,” shared a parent.
