Kalar Prefects Donate Books to Refugee Students

Prefects in the SLO^® Social Responsibility Department at Kalar International School donated books to underprivileged children in Saide Village.  On Saturday, January 24, 2015, the prefects distributed over 100 bags of books and other academic material to the children at the school for refugees.

More than 550 students were provided with academic items and the prefects were proud to help children in the field of education. It was an important lesson of the responsibility they have to give back to their community and make a difference in the lives of others.
